Latha is an LCSW whose approach to therapy is grounded in empathy, collaboration, and genuine human connection. She creates a space where clients feel safe to show up as they are—without fear of judgment. She believes healing begins when people feel truly heard and understood. In sessions, she gently partners with each client to explore their inner world, identify their strengths, and build the tools needed to move toward meaningful change.

Latha is a licensed therapist with a Master’s degree in Clinical Social Work from the University of Chicago. She has experience supporting clients through a wide range of challenges, including life transitions, anxiety, depression, mood disorders, trauma, ADHD, and autism spectrum disorder. Her background includes working in diverse settings—from inpatient facilities to community mental health—giving her a broad and compassionate perspective.

She is trained in several evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Trust-Based Relational Intervention (TBRI), and is a fully trained and certified EMDR therapist. She brings flexibility, curiosity, and care into each session, always tailoring her approach to meet her clients where they are.
