
Aundrea Enrique, MA
Aundrea earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a minor in Women and Gender Studies at the University of Houston–Clear Lake. She has earned her master's in Clinical Psychology from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. he has served as a case manager for Monarch Family Services and as a Psychometrician at The Adolescent Center of Mental Health Services in Houston, Texas, where she primarily worked with non-relative and kinship foster families. Currently, she is pursuing her Doctorate in Clinical Psychology in Dallas, Texas, at The Chicago School.
Trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Aundrea approaches her work through a trauma-focused and a family systems lens. She believes in meeting clients where they are, creating a safe and supportive space to explore challenges, build coping skills, and work toward meaningful change.She is passionate about supporting children, adolescents, young adults, and families in addressing challenges related to depression, anxiety, trauma, ADHD, autism, and other life transitions. She is also committed to helping the LGBTQIA2+ community, individuals with disabilities, and other minorities. She hopes to help each person she works with feel understood, empowered, and develop skills that foster resilience and growth across all areas of life.
