Nikki Marshall, LCSW

Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Hi, I'm glad you're here! I understand that seeking therapy can be a difficult first step and I honor the courage it takes to reach out. I am committed to helping you find strength and healing through life's most difficult transitions. I offer individual therapy focused on grief and loss, anxiety, depression, and women’s issues. Whether you’re facing a loss that’s recent, anticipated, or long past, I would be honored to walk alongside you. Life can stir up intense emotions, whether you're weighed down by persistent worry or sadness, or simply searching for clarity and confidence to move forward. I strive to create a space where you feel supported, valued, and empowered. My therapeutic approach is compassionate, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that healing begins with feeling truly seen and heard. I draw from a variety of evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, Mindfulness, and Solution-Focused techniques. Together, we’ll work to uncover your inner resilience and create meaningful, lasting change.

I graduated from Baylor University with a Master’s Degree in Social Work with a concentration in Physical and Mental Health. I have 15 years of experience as a social worker, working with children, adolescents, and adults; helping each person navigate their unique journey with care and compassion.
