I started my counseling journey in an agency setting and after a few years moved into a small group private practice. My favorite part of counseling is the value of the therapeutic relationship. Nurturing that trust and safety in sessions lends itself to an environment of authenticity and growth.

I use a Person Centered approach with clients and incorporate Solution Focused and Cognitive Behavioral strategies. In our first few sessions we will explore what brought you to therapy and then decide how to move forward by identifying therapeutic goals and working toward a more positive future.

Rachel provides therapy for adolescents and adults with a variety of presenting treatment goals. She is in network with UHC/Optum/UMR, Aetna, Cigna, and pending BCBS.
